Whether you’re scaling, pivoting, or seeking focus, this experience gives you the insight, systems, and roadmap to lead your business with confidence.

Rooted in Morgan’s signature Business Clarity Intensive framework, this 90-minute deep dive walks participants through the 7 Key Business Functions, identifying what’s working, what’s holding you back, and creating a clear plan for growth and efficiency.

Founding Pilot Cohort – Limited to 6 Participants

This is the first live cohort of Navigating a New Ministry: Balancing Spiritual Leadership, Mission, and Management.

I am intentionally running this as a small, focused group to refine the curriculum, deepen discussion, and ensure the content directly serves the real challenges pastors are facing in new ministry contexts.

Participants in this founding cohort will:

• Receive live, interactive facilitation
• Shape the discussion through real-time ministry questions
• Receive practical systems and tools not typically covered in seminary
• Help refine a program that I intend to offer more broadly through future cohorts and continuing education settings

Because this is the founding cohort, enrollment is limited to six participants.
